Lawyer specializing in Community Law, Civil Law and Private International Law. She is an international expert in electoral issues and political participation. She has participated as an International Observer in the elections of Lebanon, Venezuela, Palestine, Peru, Democratic Republic of the Congo and Bosnia-Herzegovina, among other countries.
At UN Women HQ, Lasagabaster headed the Division of Strategic Leadership and Governance, a section that covers thematic areas like: Human Rights; leadership and political participation; women’s access to justice and the rule of law; governance and national planning; gender equality and HIV / AIDS, as well as the issues of indigenous women and LGBTI. She has also served as interim head of the Policy Division between 2014 and 2015. Before coming to Tunisia, she was the Head of Office for UN Women in Lebanon.
She is one of the few women in Spain who makes a living boxing; a sport she came across unintentionally and in which she made her professional début in 2016. Her sporting success includes three World Championships and two European Championships in the mini fly weight category (she is the first woman in history to win the European title in said category).
She has 15 wins and only one loss under her belt.
In 2018 she received the Queen Letizia Prize, which the Spanish Sports council grants to the year’s most distinguished female athlete.
She holds a degree in Business Management and Administration and in Actuarial Science by the ICADE and has completed her training with executive programmes at the IE and the IESE. She joined this bank in 2004 and has held some responsibilities in the Product Development, CRM and Business Intelligence departments. She formerly worked in the consulting area at The Boston Consulting Group.
She is currently the Manager of the Business Development department and a member of the Steering Committee in Santander España, being in charge of the Customer Strategy, Marketing and Products departments.
Managing Director of Financial Services at Accenture in Spain, Portugal and Israel
She has dedicated a large part of her career to implementing digital transformation in the financial sector and the development of Accenture in different countries in Latin America and Europe as well as the United States. After joining the company, she has held many different roles and always takes on new challenges “with a positive attitude”.
She has been a member of the Accenture Spain, Portugal and Israel Financial Services Practices Executive Committee since 2014. In addition, she leads all activities related to diversity management which is a successful part of the company’s strategy.
Pro-european and feminist activist trusting in EU’s integration and women empowerment. She works at the European Parliament and is cofounder and president of European Women Alliance, initiative of a group of European women based in Brussels who firmly believe in the empowerment of women and European values.
Centioni has ten years of experience in European affairs in the field of internal market, trade and foreign policy. She is graduated in Political Sciences at university of Rome La Sapienza and holds a M.A in European studies at the ULB of Brussels.
L’Oréal Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and Executive Vice-President of the L’Oréal Foundation
Holder of a Law degree and specialised in Human Rights, Alexandra Palt began her career as a lawyer, collaborating with Amnesty International.
In 2003, she joined the RSC sector in “MS-Entreprendre pour la Cité”, advising companies on the management of diversity and projects with communities.
She was Head of Equality Promotion of HALDE (French Commission for Equal Opportunities and Fight against Discrimination) and later she founded her own consulting company, to advise companies in the area of social innovation, change management and sustainability.
She joined L’Oréal in 2012, as Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer, position she holds to this day. She is also the Executive Vice-President of the L’Oréal Foundation.
Alicia Richart is an executive with 20 years’ experience in the fields of technology, regulation and business consulting.She is the managing director of DigitalES, a technological management company which aims to lead digitalisation in Spain.
She was José Manuel Soria’s adviser in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. During this period she was elected to lead the digital strategy on a European level in Brussels and the Ministry’s Industry 4.0 Programme.
She is a member of CEOE’s executive committee and management board.
