A Congress and Three Spaces to Deal with the Most Revolutionary Issues
The Santander WomenNOW Summit, from 28 to 30 March at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Madrid, will bring together more than 50 speakers, some of whom will be speaking in Spain for the first time, to give their accounts of leadership, gender violence and conciliation, glass ceilings and innovation and many other issues.
The programme will include more than 30 sessions which will take place in three exclusive spaces: WONInspiring, WONTalks and WONInnoSpace, in which talent, experience and networking will be shared.
At WONInspiring, renowned women will participate, whose lives and life experiences may inspire others. During WONTalks the challenges and problems will be addressed which women currently face both professionally and in terms of their family and personal life, and WONInnoSpace will focus on the world of innovation, entrepreneurship and technology.
The summit, which will convert Madrid into the European capital of the woman, will address a wide range of issues that are common to women world-over, such as glass ceilings, work/family life balance, violations of fundamental human rights, the treatment of human beings, legislation, gender violence, the wage gap, sexual harassment and violence and work discrimination.
